Firefighters respond to car fire in Scarborough
North Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service responded to a car fire yesterday afternoon.
Crews attended the incident involving a BMW car on Selley Park Drive at around 12.45pm.
The cause is believed to have been an electrical fault as the BMW suffered extensive fire to the engine bay.
The fire was extinguished by use of hose reel, e-cutters, foam and drizzit pads.
