Hide AdCromack, of Overdale Gardens, appeared in court via video link on Tuesday when he admitted stalking the named woman on at least two occasions between March 4 and June 14 this year.
According to the charge, Cromack “persistently followed her to various places in (his) vehicle”.
The stalking was said to have had a “substantial, adverse effect” on the victim.
Cromack, who had been remanded in Hull Prison following his arrest, hobbled into the video booth on crutches.

Prosecutor Jeremy Barton said Cromack also faced sentence for further stalking offences against the same woman. These charges had been sent to the Crown from the magistrates’ court.
Anthony Parkinson, for Cromack, said his client was expecting a “lengthy” jail sentence. He called for reports to be compiled before sentence.
Judge Simon Hickey duly agreed to adjourn the case but told Cromack: “The only sentence in my mind is a lengthy custodial sentence and the (sentencing judge) may consider whether you are dangerous given the circumstances of all these offences.”
