BANK holiday visitors thought the Sledmere House stately home looked blooming marvellous over the weekend - thanks to talented and creative members of the Driffield and District Flower Club.
They had worked hard in the run up to the Easter break in order to deck out the picturesque setting with all manner of flowers to raise money for St Catherine's Hospice.

The Easter Flower Festival event took place on Friday Saturday and Sunday by kind permission of Sir Tatton Sykes and the theme for this now popular annual event was Reflections.

The blooms were enjoyed by hundreds of people who flocked to the village as part of the extended Easter public holiday.
