Chartered surveyor's new post
Property agents Garness Jones have appointed chartered surveyor Tim Lenton to its growing residential surveying business.
Mr Lenton, 29, is active on the firm's residential investment and development work, as well as carrying out home valuations and home buyer reports.
Prior to joining Garness Jones, which is active throughout East Yorkshire from offices in Hull, Mr Lenton was a residential surveyor with Shepherd Chartered Surveyors for 18 months and a commercial surveyor with TLB Properties for three years.
Mr Lenton lives in Doncaster with his fiancé, and is a keen rock drummer in his spare time.
He gained a Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor qualification in 2005 and a BSc in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University in 2001.
