TWO shows which have enjoyed a popular run in Scarborough are to be performed across North Yorkshire.
Smoking Gun: Cover Her Feet and Smoking Gun: Fly In The Ointment by Nick Warburton will together provide a full evening’s entertainment when on tour.

In Smoking Gun: Cover Her Feet, Bobby is an ordinary middle-aged man.

His wife, Doreen bought
him life coaching sessions for his birthday to help him become more interesting. But she may have got more than she bargained for.

Is Bobby’s life-coach Lexi all she appears to be? And will Bobby ever grasp the self-help and be able to stand up for himself?

In Smoking Gun: Fly In The Ointment Lexi works at a life coach studio. She is young, stylish and confident.

When ordinary, middle-aged Bobby walks into her life she sees him as a nuisance. But is Bobby the man to provide her with guidance? Teach her to be a better person? And is it always better to tell the truth?

Each show will be performed at 7.30pm on August 6, 13, 20 and 27 at The Evron Centre, Filey, tel (01723) 518003.

They will also be performed on September 11 at 8.30pm at Lights On @ Sudd’s, Suddaby’s Crown, Malton, tel (01944) 738422, and on September 13 at 7.30pm at Pickering Friends Meeting House, 19 Castlegate, Pickering, tel (01751) 472847.
