FESTIVAL season is well and truly upon us and a corner of the Yorkshire Wolds is getting in on the act.
Moonbeams will be holding a folk festival at the award winning Wold Top Brewery set on top of the Yorkshire Wolds on Saturday July 11.
The event, which is the first of its kind, will feature live music and entertainment spread across two stages and a session tent from noon until midnight.
The Wolds Theatre Group will be on site and festival-goers will be able to enjoy locally produced refreshments, craft stalls, dance performances and camping with views over the Wolds.
Confirmed acts so far include Driffield singer songwriter Edwina Hayes, The Duncan McFarlane Band, Kat Gilmore and Jamie Roberts, Paul Liddell, Nick Hall, The Dan Webster Band, Andy Stones, The Gerry McNeice Band, Cara, Mark Wynn, The Sleeping Passengers, Dave and Zoe Bottomley.
Bar and entertainment will be available on the Friday night for weekend ticket holders.
