BUS company officials are set to be asked to review their services to Nafferton after a call for more runs to the south of the village was made.
Parish councillors agreed to contact East Yorkshire Motor Services and ask them to consider the issue after a resident called for more services to run through the village.

Most buses are currently timetabled to call only at the village bus stop on Driffield Road, though the 270 service from Driffield to Beeford is scheduled to stop on Westgate.

Parish council chairman Andrew Oliver said: “We do recognise that there is the railway station at the bottom of the village, but that does have its limitations.”
