MEMBERS of Nafferton's Scout, Cub and Beaver groups have shown their appreciation for the help and support they receive from the village primary school.
Special 'Thanks' badges were presented to caretakers Trevor and Yvonne Brown and headteacher Michael Goy, on behalf of the school, in a ceremony last week.

The groups meet at the school each week during term time.
District Commissioner, Jenny Joyce, said they were grateful for the support given to them by the school and Mr and Mrs Brown over many years.

"We just thought it was time we said thank you to them", she said.
Mr and Mrs Brown were pictured with Mr Goy, Beavers group leader Ann Ewbank and members of the village groups.
