Upset at 'extreme removal of trees in Raincliffe Woods, Scarborough
and live on Freeview channel 276
I refer to the rather extreme removal of many lovely mature trees in Raincliffe Woods and in particular at Peter's Gate, where the immense log piles tower into view from the Hackness road.
No warning for this operation across a public bridleway was given, and initially no warning notices were placed near the log piles.

May I suggest that if this amount of tree removal is allowed to continue there won't be much of the woodland left us all to enjoy and benefit by.
